ShowCo is a Forum of over 50 major European and American companies from the global poultry industry, whose main aim is to boost the effectiveness and restore the attractiveness of large national and international exhibitions held in the industry.
Established in 2003, ShowCo has gained considerable support within the poultry industry. The Forum has in a first step commenced negotiations with the leading exhibition organizers (VIV and EuroTier in Europe, and IPE in the USA) to work out an optimized concept for the leading fairs.
ShowCo’s conclusion is that one show in the EU that takes place every two years (alternating with the International Poultry Exhibition (IPE) in Atlanta which should ideally also only take place every other year) is well-balanced to provide the end customer with a satisfying overview of recent developments and it is this concept of an optimized show calendar that ShowCo is trying to promote through its combined efforts.
