ShowCo strengthened by six new members

Six companies have recently joined the ShowCo association. They all share ShowCo’s aim to improve poultry trade shows for visitors and customers alike by attending fewer events but offering a higher quality exhibition.

The new members provide a range of products and services including milling equipment, lighting and software, demonstrating that ShowCo is an association for the entire international poultry sector.

“We joined ShowCo because we believe collaboration will lead to mutual success,” says KSE Process Technology which provides software, dosing and weighing systems for animal nutrition. “With ShowCo and our industry partners we are able to have a lean exhibition calendar but also provide the best experience to the visitors.”

Join prestigious fellow members

South African company Sunbird Lighting neatly summed up why it and many others decided to come onboard: “We joined ShowCo because we are eager to be in the company of such prestigious fellow members. It made sense to us to align ourselves with ShowCo as the costs of increasingly frequent tradeshows didn’t make sense to us from a financial nor time factor. We cannot provide excellent customer service to existing customers if we’re constantly away from the office.”

The most important aspects of ShowCo’s offer are the global exhibition calendar and event evaluation. The calendar plots out the international poultry trade fairs that members will attend over a two-year cycle. Event evaluation identifies what works well and areas for improvement. The findings are shared with the ShowCo membership and to event organisers, helping to improve trade fairs for the entire sector.

Adding more companies to the roster gives ShowCo access to more knowledge and expertise about the poultry industry and events. This improves ShowCo’s entire offer for members and event organisers, underlining the spirit of the entire association – together we achieve more.

Increase quality of tradeshows for visitors

“We joined ShowCo because we are looking for a way to increase the quality of tradeshows for us and for visitors, our customers. By joining ShowCo we intend to achieve this together,” says Milling equipment supplier Van Aarsen International.

Over 30 ShowCo members will attend VIV MEA in Abu Dhabi in November. This follows a successful sister event – VIV Asia – earlier this year. Find more information about who is exhibiting at VIV MEA and upcoming events in 2024 at www.showco.org
